A Message from the Owner

If you have been interested enough to read the potted history of Ely Service Motor Co. over the years and its transformation into Ely Service, you will know that I took over the business in April 2006, coming from a background knee-deep in Rover P6 motor cars. Since summer 2000 I have been dealing in the sale of Rover P6s and the supply of second-hand spare parts.

My involvement with Ely Service has come about due to my devotion to the cars as a hobby! I bought my first P6 in 1990 and they have gradually taken over. Over time I then progressed into P5 ownership as well. So when my chance came to take over at Ely, it seemed like manna from heaven!

As you can see from this brief summary, I come to the business from the point of view of an out-and-out enthusiast and Rover owner. As a fellow owner, my personal enthusiasm for classic cars - and Rovers in particular! - shines through everything that Ely Service does.
